Brandi Bridges, Broker
Brandi started her real estate career in 2006 at a large regional real estate firm. In 2013 she joined a Charlotte based real estate investment firm where she acquired, sold and managed properties for investors from all over the country. The experience and knowledge Brandi has gained from her years in the real estate business gives her a unique skill set to facilitate many different types of real estate transactions. She understands that each client and their real estate needs are different and she has the experience to make sure each transaction goes smoothly and that her client is well represented. Brandi has lived in the Charlotte and Lake Norman area for over 20 years. She has enjoyed watching the amazing growth of the area and helping many families and investors to participate in it. She loves living here and she loves introducing new families to their new home, or current home owners invest further in the area.

Vickie Kidd, Broker
Vickie retired from local government where she worked as an Information Technology Project Manager until retiring in 2003. In 2004 she began a career in real estate. Working first with a large real estate firm in Charlotte before starting her own business. Her skills and experience in managing large government projects and managing teams, gives Vickie the experience she needs to understand the importance of listening to what a client wants and needs with real estate transactions. Her experience with contracts and negotiations help to make sure you as a client gets the best deal. Vickie's husband, Mike is a certified engineer and operated a construction company as well as a grading company before retiring. His expertise has helped clients in many cases in the development process in understanding issues such as wetlands. Our experience includes assisting with both selling and buying both land and homes, walking the client through the government development approval processes, and 1031 deferred tax exchanges. Quote from Vickie: I believe it is important to first listen to the client's criteria, do your research and present your client with all options and have them make a choice when selling or purchasing real estate. My number one goal is to build a long lasting relationship with my clients by hard work, integrity and trust that last a life time!
