Vickie Kidd, Broker
Vickie retired from local government where she worked as an Information Technology Project Manager until retiring in 2003. In 2004 she began a career in real estate. Working first with a large real estate firm in Charlotte before starting her own business. Her skills and experience in managing large government projects and managing teams, gives Vickie the experience she needs to understand the importance of listening to what a client wants and needs with real estate transactions. Her experience with contracts and negotiations help to make sure you as a client gets the best deal. Vickie's husband, Mike is a certified engineer and operated a construction company as well as a grading company before retiring. His expertise has helped clients in many cases in the development process in understanding issues such as wetlands. Our experience includes assisting with both selling and buying both land and homes, walking the client through the government development approval processes, and 1031 deferred tax exchanges.
